Ty Hir is a spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, detached barn conversion which has a sunny, warm aspect. The cottage sleeps 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with a wood burner, dining room table seating 8 and full central heating throughout which is particularily cosy in the winter and at Christmas. Private outdoor space with a large patio, garden furniture and a BBQ. Large car parking spaces available.

Layout: 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom upstairs. Large landing with beanbag seating and games, TV, DVD player, bring own games console. 2 large bathrooms with over the bath showers. Spacious lounge with furntiture to seat 8 and a wood buring stove. Colour TV, DVD, Sky Freeview and free Wifi available.

Kitchen: Traditionally furnished and includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave.

Secure outdoor space and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 3+ cars and a lock up shed for bikes. 

Location: The self catering holiday cottage occupies a good central touring position close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary coastal trail and cycle path (as seen on TV). This runs alongside all the way to the fantastic sandy beach which is great for families where you can also catch the summer water taxi to Barmouth.

Directly opposite this cottage is the onsite Equestrian Centre which is open all year round for treks, pony days, lessons and DIY horse holidays. This area is an ideal location for outdoor and family activites such as walking, cycling, swimming and fishing.  Also visit Bounce Below (largest underground trampoline in Europe) , Zip World and Blue Lake. Nearby towns include Barmouth, Aberdovey, Dolgellau and Tywyn which are perfcet locations for a family holiday with excellent restaurants in this area.
